Closed In-Service Day
Date: March 13th
Please note that MELC will be closed for staff training on this day. This time allows our team to participate in professional development and strengthen the skills that directly benefit your child’s learning experience. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to provide the best possible care for your little ones.
Parent Conference Week
Dates: April 6th - 17th (Bookings Only)
Parent Conference Week is an essential opportunity for you to connect with your child’s teacher and gain insight into their progress. During this week, you can schedule one-on-one conferences to discuss your child’s developmental journey, strengths, and areas for growth. This is an invaluable time for parents to be partners in their child’s learning and to build a supportive connection with our teaching staff.
Mother's Day Breakfast
Date: May 1st, 8 AM - 10 AM
We invite all mothers to join us for a special breakfast in celebration of Mother’s Day. This heartwarming morning allows moms to relax, enjoy a delicious meal, and connect with other parents while their children are engaged in fun activities. It’s a wonderful opportunity to pause, reflect, and celebrate the importance of motherhood within our MELC community.
Teacher Appreciation Week
Dates: May 4th - 8th
Teacher Appreciation Week is our way of saying “thank you” to the incredible educators who make MELC a truly special place. Our teachers pour their hearts into every lesson, every smile, and every moment with the children. During this week, parents can sign up to sponsor a teacher by providing a token of appreciation, whether it’s coffee, lunch, candy, or flowers. Let’s show our teachers how much they are loved and valued!
Graduation Pre-K
Date: June 5th
We are excited to celebrate the accomplishments of our Pre-K students as they take the next big step on their journey. Graduation Day is an emotional and joyful occasion, marking the end of one chapter and the beginning of a new adventure. We invite families to join us in celebrating the hard work, growth, and milestones that have shaped our Pre-K graduates.
Father's Day Breakfast
Date: June 12th, 8 AM - 10 AM
Fathers, this one’s for you! Join us for a delicious breakfast and celebrate Father’s Day with the MELC community. It’s a relaxed and enjoyable time to connect with other dads, enjoy good food, and celebrate the important role fathers play in their children’s lives.
