Programs

At Mini Einstein’s Learning Center in Lynnwood, our programs are designed to meet children where they are and help them take the next step with confidence. We use an emergent curriculum, meaning children’s interests and curiosity help shape themes and classroom projects, while teachers intentionally build daily foundations in literacy, math, writing, and problem-solving.

Our Curriculum Approach

We blend play-based learning with purposeful teaching, so children stay engaged while building the skills they need for kindergarten and beyond.

  • Storytelling, songs, and conversation to support early reading and vocabulary

  • Counting, sorting, patterns, and hands-on math

  • Fine-motor work through art, manipulatives, and writing readiness activities

  • Social-emotional growth through routines, friendships, and guided choices

  • Weekly themes that connect learning across the day

  • Faith-based foundations that support kindness, respect, and gratitude

Our Readiness-Based Classroom Model

At Mini Einstein’s, children are never moved up just because they’ve reached a certain birthday.

Each age group classroom is intentionally divided into two developmental groups, allowing teachers to meet children exactly where they are: academically, socially, and emotionally.

This means:

  • Younger children can build strong foundations without feeling rushed

  • Older children can be challenged appropriately without unnecessary repetition

  • Transitions happen based on readiness, not pressure

  • Parents never have to worry about their child being moved before they are confident and prepared

We believe confidence comes from mastery. When children feel secure in their skills, they step into the next classroom with excitement - not overwhelm.

Our goal is simple: smooth transitions, strong foundations, and children who feel proud of their growth.
